What is Title IX?
Title IX is a federal law that prohibits discrimination based on the sex (gender ) of employees and students of educational institutions that receive federal financial assistance.
Title IX鈥檚 prohibition of sex discrimination includes prohibition of sexual harassment and sexual violence. Sexual harassment is unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature and can include unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal, nonverbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature, including rape and sexual assault.

How to Submit a Complaint
Students, staff and faculty needing the assistance of the Title IX/Equity Office should email or call the office with concerns. Incidents can also be reported and submitted online. Download and complete the following form to submit a formal complaint:

In accordance with the U.S. Department of Education Title IX Regulations, colleges must make training materials publicly available on websites. The training materials posted here are used to train individuals involved in the review, investigation and adjudication of Title IX Sexual Harassment.
