PÕ¾ÊÓƵ (The River) didn’t just get a makeover. It got a moment. 

The college launched one of the most exciting brand evolutions in its history last year— and if you haven’t noticed yet, you will. A bold new logo. A powerful mascot. A name that finally matches the energy of everything happening on campus. 

Welcome to The River. 

Wait — Is It Still Called PÕ¾ÊÓƵ? 

Yes. PÕ¾ÊÓƵ is still the full, official name — and proud of it. But the abbreviation “PÕ¾ÊÓƵ”? That’s being retired. The college is moving forward as PÕ¾ÊÓƵ, known colloquially as The River â€” a name rooted in the waterways, the community, and the culture of Florida’s Treasure Coast region. 

It feels right. Because it is. 

A Brand New Logo 

The new logo is clean, modern, and built to last. It centers on two unmistakable colors — River Blue and Peregrine Yellow. It looks sharp and consistent everywhere it appears, from campus signage to social media to your next t-shirt.

This isn’t a refresh. It’s a full reimagination. 

Meet Perry. He’s Kind of a Big Deal. 

Separate from the logo — but just as important — is Perry, the Peregrine Falcon and official mascot of PÕ¾ÊÓƵ.

Perry the Peregrine Falcon is the official mascot of PÕ¾ÊÓƵ. 

Why a Peregrine Falcon? Because Perry doesn’t mess around. The Peregrine is the fastest animal on earth — fierce, focused, and built to rise above. Sound familiar? That’s the same spirit PÕ¾ÊÓƵ brings to every student, every program, and every campus every single day. 

Perry isn’t just a mascot. He’s a promise. 

This Wasn’t Built Overnight 

The rebrand followed extensive community research — polling, focus groups, and a deep dive into how students, alumni, faculty, and Treasure Coast residents actually see the college. The result is a brand that doesn’t just look different. It feels like PÕ¾ÊÓƵ.

As President Dr. Timothy Moore said when the brand launched, the college has always been a leader in education — now the world can see it.

The mission hasn’t changed: deliver accessible, innovative, world-class education to the people of Florida’s Treasure Coast region. What changed is the outside finally catching up to the inside.
